THEME FOR NOVEMBER 2010
GROWING TOWARDS MATURITY
After the missions’ conference, we learnt that GOD wants us to grow as a church that we might have a heart and mind and action for missions. In the next few weeks we will be learning how to ensure that we will grow towards maturity.

TEENS’ OVERNIGHT CAMP
 There will be an overnight retreat for the teens. Kindly note the details:

  • Date: 26th to 27th November
  • Venue: Church
  • Camp Theme: A new beginning …
  • Camp Verse: Daniel 1:8

Do pray as we are planning and preparing for this camp.

CHURCH CAMP
 The church camp is confirmed on the 7th to 11th December 2010.
Do be in prayer for the place and also make arrangements to attend the camp. It will be a wonderful time of fellowship, fun and faith. Kindly put your name on the list by the end of the month so that we can make arrangements for the groupings, and the preparation for the church camp. Camp Theme: Living in the Spirit of the New Testament Church. The Holy Spirit governed and presided over the early church and the book of Acts bears out His power over the church. Are we lacking that power
today? Why? And How do we restore the power of GOD back into our lives? Do be prayerful as we prepare for this camp.

CHRISTMAS OUTREACH
 There will be three days of outreach opportunities.

Christmas Eve – Friday 24th Dec 2010
 “By the fireside – a time of reflection”
It will be a time of sharing of God’s goodness, and testimonies of what Christmas means to us.
There will be a message as well. Great Opportunity to invite friends and family and colleagues.
There will be light refreshments and fellowship thereafter.

Christmas day service – Saturday 25th December
 Time: 10am – 12 noon
“Why must there be a Christmas?”
There will be a lunch after the service for fellowship.

Sunday 26th December 2010 – “White Christmas!!!”
 Normal Sunday Bible hour and Service.
Be praying for three unsaved friends that you will be inviting for this blessed time!

FAITH BIBLE INSTITUTE
 Date: 22nd November 2010
Time: 7.45 pm
There will be the test on the life of Christ. Students kindly be ready for it.

THE LORD’S SUPPER
 Kindly note this new insertion. We will be having the Lord’s Supper during the Week. Kindly note the details:
Date: 03rd December 2010 (Friday Night)
Time: 8 pm

 Matt 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. That was what Jesus told Peter on the shores of Galilee, and that is
what He is saying to every believer today. We need to be fishers of man for the Lord’s sake and for the souls of man.
